Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Patient Access Scheduling Coordinator. You will register patients on arrival and schedule orders and appointments, coordinating with the care team to ensure smooth patient flow across clinics.

You will gather accurate information, explain forms, and answer questions, while managing multiple tasks and maintaining attention to detail in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients as they arrive for their visit and schedule orders and appointments for the care team.
• Explain forms and policies and answer patient questions.
• Coordinate administrative information between staff and patients across outpatient clinics.
