Qualifications

• 1 year of nursing experience
• MN Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)
• Oncology Nursing Society's ONS Provider Card within 30 Days
• National RN certification in the relevant area of specialty within 18 months of the start date

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and identifies expected nursing outcomes.
• Involves the patient, family, and health care team in data gathering.
• Uses an ongoing process to gather data from patient and family.
• Analyzes data to identify needs and risks.
• Documents data and outcomes; implements nursing interventions.
• Coordinates nursing care with appropriate measures to meet patient needs.
• Delivers care per plan and in line with policies and guidelines.
