Job summary

Centerpoint Health - Winchester is seeking an Infusion RN to join our infusion team in Winchester, KY. This PRN role includes day shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with 4 shifts in a 6-week period.

You will contribute to intravenous treatments, patient education, and coordinated care within a network of affiliated facilities. The position requires an active RN license, an associate degree in nursing (bachelor's preferred) and BLS.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS certification is required.
• Associate degree in nursing is required; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care intervention including medication administration and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care and maintains accurate records.
• Monitors and communicates patient condition to care team, physician, patient and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Collaborates across disciplines for patient transfer, discharge and support needs.
• Evaluates learning needs and provides education to patient and family.
