Job summary

IVX Health, Inc. in Chattanooga is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver outpatient infusion care with on-site and virtual supervision of infusions.

You will perform patient assessments, educate patients and families, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation in a fast-paced clinic. The ideal candidate holds an active RN license with BLS certification; PALS preferred, and experience in ambulatory infusion or outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Active and Unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification is required; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center or outpatient setting is a plus.
• Strong IV/infusion therapy skills and medication management.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct on-site care and oversee infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families about treatments and side effects.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Support operations, inventory, and regulatory adherence.
• Work across multiple facilities within the designated market when needed.
