IVX Health, Inc. is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized infusion therapy in outpatient settings across the South Bay market.

The role involves delivering treatments, monitoring responses, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license with BLS and preferably PALS, with experience in ambulatory infusion centers.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license required.
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion/infusion center or outpatient setting a plus.
• Strong IV/infusion therapy skills with abnormal/urgent situations.
• Proficient in clinical documentation within EHR; HIPAA/regulatory compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments and document observations, monitoring treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations, side effects, and management.
• Maintain accurate EHR records; review nursing documentation; ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
• Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline visits.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams for care coordination.
• Assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
