Job summary

IVX Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN/Per Diem coverage at North Houston Market.

You will provide on-site infusion therapy, monitor responses, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in outpatient settings at the Spring Infusion Center, Atascocita Infusion Center, and The Woodlands Infusion Center. You will perform direct patient care, assessments, and educate families on treatment expectations while ensuring HIPAA/OSHA compliance and accurate EHR

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center, outpatient clinic, or similar setting is a plus.
• Strong IV and infusion therapy skills with biologics and meds.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and HIPAA/regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with patients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct on-site and supervised patient care during infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments, document observations, and monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR and ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
• Assist in chart preparation, treatment planning, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams to coordinate care.
• Support inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
