Job summary

Vivo Infusion is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our Mentor, OH team. You will administer infusion treatments, calculate and mix medications, and perform accurate IV insertions while monitoring patients throughout the process.

This role requires an active RN license, ADN/BSN, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year of IV experience. The position is non-exempt with a Friday 7:00am–4:00pm schedule and pays $40.00–$44.00 per hour, plus a 401K with 4% match.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN licensure required.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing program (ADN/BSN) required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year IV infusion experience required.
• CRNI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice.
• Calculate, mix, and administer medications daily.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion.
• Document assessments and communicate with medical staff.
• Perform IV insertions with accuracy.
• Maintain inventory and supply ordering.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate charting.
