Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and delivery of infusion nursing care.
• Administer infusion therapies and monitor patients during treatment.
• Initiate and maintain peripheral IV access; perform PICC/midline dressing changes.
• Access and deaccess implanted ports as needed; document and educate.
• Communicate pertinent patient information to the healthcare team to meet patient goals.
