Qualifications

• OCN or CCHEMOP certification within 6 months from start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes and collaborates with specialists as needed.
• Perform a head-to-toe assessment and conduct reassessments.
• Assess and manage pain, educate patient and family on pain management.
• Maintain and disinfect medical equipment after use.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation including histories, conditions, treatments and changes.
