Job summary

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed and eligible to practice.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe delivery of nursing services in alternative care settings.
• Participate in interdisciplinary communication and review patient plans.
• Coordinate medication and supply deliveries for patients.
• Provide patient/caregiver teaching on drugs and care.
• On-call after-hours as assigned.
• Maintain accurate medical records and reimbursement information.
