Job summary

VIVO Infusion is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our Tyler, TX team. You will provide safe, effective infusion care, administer medications, perform IV insertions, and monitor patients to ensure comfort throughout treatments.

This full-time, non-exempt position reports to the Clinical Operations Manager and is based at 6115 New Copeland Rd, Tyler, TX. We offer strong benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state professional nurse licensure, required.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing Associates/Bachelor’s degree, required.
• CPR/BLS certification, required.
• Minimum of 1 year IV experience, required.
• ONC Certified, Preferred.
• Certification in CRNI, preferred.
• ICU/ED experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with attention to scope of practice.
• Calculate, mix, and administer prescribed medications, daily.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion treatments.
• Maintain inventory and assist with supply ordering.
• Document patient assessments and communicate with medical staff.
• Perform skilled IV insertions and ensure patient safety.
• Communicate with providers via Telehealth as needed.
• Assist CQI improvement activities and complete daily run/flow sheet reviews.
