Job summary

VIVO Infusion in McKinney, TX is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to provide infusion treatments, mix medications, and perform IV insertions. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatments in a supportive clinical setting.

The role requires an active RN license, 1 year IV/infusion experience, CPR/BLS, and a degree from an accredited nursing program. This full-time position reports to the Clinical Operations Manager and involves travel to DFW locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state professional nurse licensure, required.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing Associates/Bachelor’s degree, required.
• ONC Certified, Preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification, required.
• Minimum of 1yr IV experience, required.
• Infusion experience, preferred.
• Certification in CRNI (Certified RN Infusion), preferred.
• ICU/ED experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a knowledgeable, skillful, consistent, and attentive manner within scope of practice.
• Calculate, mix, and administer prescription medications daily.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion treatment.
• Assist with inventory and supply ordering management.
• Document and report patient assessments to medical staff and team members.
• Perform skillful and accurate IV insertion.
• Communicate with providers via Telehealth as needed.
• Assist in CQI improvement activities.
• Conduct admissions and daily run/flow sheet reviews.
