Job summary

Vivo Infusion in Portage, MI is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our per diem team. The RN will administer infusion treatments, calculate and mix medications, and monitor patients throughout the infusion process in accordance with policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in Michigan, has at least 1 year IV experience, and a preference for infusion specialty credentials.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN licensure is required.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing Associate/Bachelor’s degree, required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year IV experience, required.
• Infusion experience preferred.
• ONC Certification preferred.
• CRNI certification preferred.
• ICU/ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a knowledgeable, attentive manner within scope of practice.
• Calculate, mix, and administer IV medications daily.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion treatments.
• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
• Document and report patient assessments to medical staff.
• Demonstrate skillful IV insertions and ensure safety and accuracy.
