Job summary

VIVO Infusion is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our Port Jefferson, NY team. As an Infusion RN, you will provide safe, effective patient care, administer infusion treatments, calculate and mix medications, and perform skilled IV insertions.

This full-time, on-site role reports to the Clinical Operations Manager and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, PTO, wellness reimbursement, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice.
• Calculate, mix, and administer prescribed medications.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion treatments.
• Demonstrate skilled IV insertion and patient assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a knowledgeable, skillful, and attentive manner related to scope of practice.
• Calculate, mix, and administer prescription medications daily.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion treatment.
• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
• Document assessments and report to medical staff and team.
• Communicate with providers via Telehealth as needed.
• Support CQI improvement activities.
• Perform admissions and daily treatment flow sheet reviews.
