Job summary

Mercy Health Partners in Paducah, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Infusion at the Paducah Cancer Center. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, assess patient status, implement care plans, and collaborate with the oncology team to improve outcomes.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree (ADN or BSN), an active RN license, and basic life support. Oncology chemotherapy administration and EPIC EHR experience are preferred, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and BLS (preferred; must obtain before direct patient care).
• ACLS acceptable in lieu of BLS; ONS Chemotherapy Certification required within 6 months of hire.
• EPIC Electronic Health Record experience (preferred).
• One year of medical/surgical or oncology experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and create plans of care.
• Administer chemotherapy and other medications; start IVs and transfuse as needed.
• Maintain safe, therapeutic environment and adapt to changing patient conditions.
• Support education and development for nursing staff and peers.
• Other duties as assigned.
