Job summary

Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Inc. in Northampton, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the Medical/Surgical unit. The RN will follow the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

This per diem role reports to the Nurse Manager/Director and works within established policies. The position requires MA RN licensure, BLS, and at least one year of Medical/Surgical experience;

Qualifications

• MA RN licensure required
• BLS required
• Minimum 1 year Medical/Surgical experience
• Nursing education: Diploma/Certificate or Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines to ensure desired outcomes
• Direct and coordinate nursing care under established policies and report to Nurse Manager/Director

Education

Other Certificate/Diploma Nursing or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
