Job summary

Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care within the critical care unit in Northampton, MA. The RN will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

The position requires MA RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and experience in critical care. This is an on-site role with rotating weekends and holidays, reflecting the hospital's commitment to continuous, high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in Critical Care preferred.
• Registered Nurse license for Massachusetts required (RN - MA).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required with 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate all nursing care for patients per established standards.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and outcomes.
• Provide care to patients with critical or life-threatening illness, including those on ventilation or dialysis.
