Job summary

Infusion for Health in San Francisco is seeking an Infusion Registered Nurse to join our part-time team. The role is Wed-Fri, 9am-5pm, 24 hours weekly, in a private infusion center environment dedicated to patient-focused care.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of ICU/ER RN experience, an active RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and infusion experience or willingness to train. EMR proficiency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent RN experience in ICU/ER or similar high-acuity settings.
• Infusion experience preferred, but training is available.
• Valid RN License and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certification.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and escort them to private infusion rooms.
• Educate patients about treatments and address concerns about adverse reactions.
• Administer prescribed medications and establish IV access.
• Monitor and document patients' conditions and responses to treatments.
• Ensure accurate and timely EMR documentation.
• Maintain the flow of patient care and manage emergencies calmly.
• Keep infusion rooms clean and well-stocked.
• Answer phone calls, adhering to OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.

Position Details: We are seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our center in San Francisco. Part-Time, Wednesday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 24 hours total.

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly pay between $54- $58, with variations based on experience and expertise.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

• Infusion experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and patient interaction.
• Recent IV experience.
