Job summary

American IV in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Infusion Registered Nurse to deliver specialized infusion therapy in a patient-centered clinic.

Responsibilities include administering IV therapies, monitoring responses, maintaining CVADs, educating patients and caregivers, and collaborating with physicians to ensure safe treatment plans. RN license in NC and 1–2 years infusion experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license is required.
• 1–2 years infusion/oncology experience preferred.
• Proficiency with peripheral IV insertion and CVAD management.

• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking and assessment skills.

• Collaborate with physicians, and care team members to ensure safe and effective treatment plans
• Identify and respond to adverse reactions or complications in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with regulatory and clinical standards

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
• Minimum 1-2 years of infusion, oncology, or IV therapy nursing experience preferred
• Proficiency in peripheral IV insertion and central line management
• Strong knowledge of infusion medications, protocols, and safety procedures
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Excellent patient communication, critical thinking, and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting
