Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our specialty infusion pharmacy in Tempe, AZ. The technician provides clinical support and sterile compounding under the direction of a pharmacist.

This in-office, full-time position requires experience with order fulfillment, inventory management, NetSuite, barcode scanning, and a strong commitment to patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) in Arizona in good standing; PTCB/NHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sterile preparation of IV/infused medications under pharmacist supervision (non-IV compounding).
• Adhere to USP 797/800 standards and Arizona BOP regulations.
• Maintain call and shipment schedules to ensure continuity of care for all patients.
• Coordinate communications and clinical information with pharmacy, nursing and reimbursement staff.
• Data entry of patient and prescription information into the pharmacy software system.
• Clean and maintain the pharmacy clean room per policy and BOP regulations.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement programs.
• Complete Soleo’s annual re-credentialing process and BOP CE requirements.
• Receive and store medications and supplies from vendors.
• Package and ship supplies and medications for customer home delivery.
• Perform inventory counts and support formulary management.
• Obtain additional state licensure/registration as requested.
