Soleo Health Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee the Dublin, OH specialty infusion pharmacy and lead staff in delivering high‑quality pharmacy services. The role emphasizes compliance, clinical monitoring, and efficient operations.

The manager will direct compounding, dispensing, and patient care activities, collaborate with physicians, and manage hiring, training, and payroll for direct reports. This is a full-time position with standard weekday hours and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Specialty pharmacy or home infusion experience preferred.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or R.Ph. with clinical experience.
• Active state licensure; post-graduate training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directs pharmacy and operations functions to ensure effective operations.
• Oversees compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring services per physicians.
• Ensures compliance with licensing, boards, and federal/state regulations.
• Prepares prescriptions and medications accurately and promptly.
• Manages staff including hiring, training, performance reviews, and payroll.
• Interfaces with physicians and referral sources as required.
• Participates in on-call schedule and team selling support.
