Soleo Health is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Manager to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy in Canton, MA. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee the overall management of the Pharmacy and staff, directing high-quality pharmacy services and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include directing operations, safeguarding USP standards, supervising compounding and dispensing, and coordinating with physicians.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D), or R.Ph. with appropriate clinical experience
• Minimum 7 years Pharmacist experience, preferably direct compounding
• Applicable active state licensure
• Post graduate training
• Additional licensure may be required according to state
• Specialty pharmacy or home infusion experience preferred
• Efficiency in CPR +/Care Tend is desired
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Directs pharmacy and operations functions to ensure effective operations.
• Demonstrates understanding of USP 797 standards, USP 800 standards, and current State Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Provides and/or oversees compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring services.
• Ensures that all pharmacy operations meet licensing and standards requirements.
• Prepares prescriptions, solutions, and medications accurately.
• Conducts patient assessments to identify drug-related needs and plans of care.
• Oversees formulation preparation and may supervise staff.
• Participates in on-call scheduling and covers as needed.
• Manages hiring, training, performance reviews, and payroll.
