Job summary
Soleo Health is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy in Canton, MA. The Pharmacist will perform sterile compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring, collaborating with nursing, reimbursement, and sales to optimize patient outcomes.
Requires Pharm D or BS in Pharmacy with relevant experience; licensure in the home state; 1–3 years in specialty infusion or hospital IV settings; and proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook.
Qualifications
- Pharm D or BS in Pharmacy with appropriate experience.
- PGY1 Residency in Home/Alternate site infusion preferred.
- Current applicable home state licensure as a registered Pharmacist.
- 1–3 years of experience with a specialty home infusion company or hospital IV room.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Additional certifications (IgCP, CSP, BCSCP) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provides compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring services as prescribed by physicians.
- Complies with all local, state, and federal regulations governing pharmacy practice.
- Supervises pharmacy technicians and support personnel to ensure compliance.
- Coordinates services with nursing, intake/admissions, reimbursement, sales, and marketing.
- Supports QA, PI initiatives, and training of new staff.
