Job summary

Infusion Services of Tacoma is seeking a skilled Infusion Pharmacist for our on-site Kent, WA location. You will oversee the safe preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of infusion therapies for diverse patient populations, collaborating with prescribers, nurses, and the care team to develop individualized therapy plans.

The role requires a PharmD or equivalent, active WA license, and experience in infusion or hospital pharmacy.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent required, WA license active and unrestricted.
• Infusion pharmacy or hospital/home infusion experience preferred.
• Strong clinical pharmacy skills and regulatory knowledge.
• Proficient in documentation, dosing calculations, and patient counseling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of infusion therapies.
• Verify orders, assess dosing and compatibility per USP/state standards.
• Collaborate with prescribers, nurses, and care team for therapy plans.
• Maintain documentation, inventory, and cold-chain storage; ensure compliance.
• Support transitions of care between home and alternate infusion sites.
