Infusion Services of Tacoma is seeking a dedicated Infusion Pharmacist to oversee preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of infusion therapies for diverse patient populations at our Kent-area site.

You will verify medication orders, assess dosing and compatibility, prepare sterile admixtures per USP standards, counsel patients, manage inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with prescribers, nurses, and care teams to support transitions between home and infusion sites.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent with active WA license.
• Infusion pharmacy, hospital, or home infusion experience preferred.
• Strong clinical pharmacy skills and patient care focus.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain documentation.
