Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Kellogg Cancer Center in Highland Park, IL. This full-time role offers a 40-hour week with M-F, 8am–6pm, 4x10s, no weekends or holidays. You will provide compassionate oncology care, administer chemotherapy and blood products, and lead unlicensed staff under a patient-centered plan.

Requires IL RN licensure, ADN with BSN preferred, and CPR. Oncology experience is preferred; benefits include incentive pay, tuition reimbursement, and parking.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse licensure in Illinois.
• Oncology nursing experience preferred in an outpatient infusion setting.
• CPR certification current (American Heart Association).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; ADN required.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective nursing care for patients in the Kellogg Cancer Center.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer chemotherapy, medications and blood products.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experience.
