• RN licensure required.
• BSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Completion of the Nurse Residency Program or 15+ months of practice.
• CPR Certification (AHA BLS) required within 30 days of hire.
• Active good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and state health programs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care using the nursing process with a focus on safety and outcomes.
• Collaborate as a full partner on the interprofessional health care team.
• Lead, delegate and supervise other team members to ensure planned care is carried out.
• Coordinate care across disciplines and involve patients and families in care decisions.
• Educate patients and families about health practices and treatments.
