Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking an Oncology Infusion RN in Collegeville to join our caring team. You will assess patients, administer antineoplastic therapies, monitor responses, and educate patients and families about their infusion treatment plans.

Rotation to other locations as needed will be required. The role offers opportunities for professional growth, participation in committees, and a structured nursing ladder program.

Qualifications

• One year of recent oncology, infusion, or comparable acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Experience administering antineoplastic therapies, immunotherapies, blood products, and supportive medications preferred.
• Experience with vascular access devices and patient education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and administer infusion therapies and supportive medications.
• Monitor treatment response and manage adverse effects.
• Educate patients and families about therapies and care plans.
• Coordinate care with providers and care team for an exceptional patient experience.
• Document care and ensure safety and compliance.

• Provider BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
• Oncology Nursing Society chemotherapy and immunotherapy provider certification preferred; required within the timeframe established by the department.
• Oncology Certified Nurse certification preferred.
