• Actively participates in quality improvement efforts and identifies opportunities to improve patient satisfaction.

• Develops and maintains productive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues; supports safe care and open communication.
• Applies adult learning principles and provides patient and family teaching; may supervise students or new staff.
• Applies the nursing process within Relationship Based Care to create a healing environment and comprehensive care plans.
