Job summary

Infusion Solutions Inc. is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead our nursing team in Everett, Washington. You will oversee nursing operations, recruit and retain staff, manage budgets, and ensure care plans meet client needs while complying with ACHC/JCAHO standards.

You will provide strong leadership, develop competencies, and collaborate with providers, payers, and departments to drive service quality and growth. Direct patient care as needed and guide continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington in good standing.
• 3–5 years clinical nursing with 1–2 years in leadership.
• Experience in infusion therapy or home infusion.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Experience with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Nursing Services to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage staffing, budget, and productivity of the nursing team.
• Recruitment and retention of nursing staff; onboarding and training.
• Develop and implement plan of care meeting client needs.
• Collaborate with departments to drive service delivery.
• Use data analytics to measure performance and improve outcomes.
• Provide direct patient care as needed.
