Job summary

Infusion Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Nursing Director to lead and oversee the nursing services that support the plan of care for clients receiving infusion therapy.

This role requires directing personnel, resources, budgeting, and patient care operations, while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, federal/state regulations, and reimbursement guidelines. The director will act in the absence of the Director of Clinical Services and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in infusion therapy, home infusion, ambulatory infusion, or a related specialty required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Evaluate and optimize inventories of supplies and equipment.
• Lead the nursing team and manage budgetary concerns.
• Develop and implement plans of care meeting client needs and accreditation standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff and supervise recruitment and retention.
