Job summary

Central Health is seeking a Supervisor, Registered Nurse - Infusion to lead the outpatient infusion nursing team. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating payroll and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with Texas BON rules and organizational policies.

The RN will administer biologic and IV therapies, monitor patients, and work with providers to optimize infusion workflows. Ideal candidates hold a BSN with a Texas RN license, 3 years IV infusion experience, and 1 year of supervisory

Qualifications

• BSN required for professional nursing practice.
• 1 year supervisory or management experience required.
• 3 years IV infusion experience required.
• RN license for Texas required; ACLS/BLS certifications required or obtained on hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned infusion staff to ensure safe, high‑quality care aligned with standards.
• Approves payroll and time off requests; conducts staff evaluations and onboarding.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and SOPs for infusion care.
• Verifies orders, calculates infusion protocols, monitors patient response, and escalates as needed.
