• New Jersey nursing license required.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required.
• BSN in progress or willing to pursue within three years of hire.
• Six or more months of relevant nursing experience OR active Nurse Residency with Hackensack Meridian Health.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs with strong teamwork and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate and oversee patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
