Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an alternate infusion suite, ensuring patient safety under a physician’s plan of care. You will educate patients and families, document care in real time, and collaborate with the clinical team to maintain continuity and compliance.

The schedule is weekly Monday and Tuesday, with one Saturday per month. The role requires travel up to 100% across the United States.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications.
• Required licensure to operate a motor vehicle for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite.
• Initiate and implement plan of care, administer medications and educate patients/families.
• Assess patient needs and update physician orders as needed.
• Provide training and mentorship to other nurses as required.
• Document care in real-time and communicate with the clinical team.
