Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse with active RN license.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care in home or infusion suite.
• Assesses patient needs and progress at each visit and documents changes.
• Provides training to Infusion Nurse I and educates patients and families.
