Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency in patient care standards required for safe delivery of infusion care.
• Required licensure to operate a motor vehicle with vehicle for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and coordinates intermediate nursing plan of care for home or alternate infusion suite.
• Assess patient needs and monitor progress with physician orders; document throughout visits.
