Soleo Health in Centennial, CO is seeking a dedicated Infusion Nurse for a full-time role delivering home infusion care. You will assess, plan, educate, and treat patients receiving infusion therapy, ensuring safety and compliance under care matrices.

Responsibilities include coordinating with care team, documenting encounters, maintaining knowledge of Soleo therapies, and participating in on-call rotations. RN licensure and infusion experience are required or encouraged.

Qualifications

• Current RN license by the applicable state's Board of Nursing.
• BSN degree preferred from an accredited institution.
• Advanced certification in specialty areas (e.g., CRNI, ONS) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned patients including initiation and maintenance of communication with care team members.
• Educate patient/care partner to safely administer home infusion therapy.
• Evaluate home environment and identify interventions for safe care.
• Develop and evaluate plan of care with the team.
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure continuous nursing support.
