Soleo Health is seeking a Part-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Brighton, CO area and surrounding communities. The nurse will provide direct patient care, education, and care coordination for home infusion therapies.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, have infusion experience, and are comfortable with on-call rotations. This role involves travel to patient homes and coordination with the care team while ensuring compliance with policies and state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with state board.
• BSN preferred but not required; strong infusion experience
• Participation in on-call rotation, including nights/weekends as needed
• Administrative oversight and documentation per policy and state guidelines

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for infusion therapy in home/alternate sites.
• Educate patient and care partner on safe home infusion administration.
• Assess home environment and modify plan of care as needed.
• Develop and evaluate care plans with the care team.
• Coordinate scheduling and patient communications; participate in on-call rotation.
