Job summary

Soleo Health seeks a Part-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Boulder, CO and surrounding areas. The role requires administering infusion therapies, patient education, and collaboration with the care team in a home/home-like setting.

Active RN license in good standing is required; BSN is preferred. Must participate in on-call rotations and travel up to 2 hours as needed. Join a team focused on complex care and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience; infusion preferred.
• On-call rotation including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct infusion nursing care to assigned patients in home or alternate site.
• Educate patients and care partners on infusion therapies and safety.
• Coordinate care with pharmacists, prescribers, and care team.
• Document patient encounters and plans of treatment per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies and clinical standards.
