Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Denver, CO and surrounding area. You will provide direct patient care, education, planning, and coordination for home infusion therapy.

Requirements include current RN license, BSN preferred, and on-call availability. Experience in infusion therapy and ICU/Cardiac care is a plus. Mileage reimbursement and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Current RN license by the state Board of Nursing in good standing.
• BSN degree preferred; advanced certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in infusion therapy; ICU/Cardiac care preferred.
• Participation in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for infusion therapy and related nursing services in home or alternate site.
• Assess, plan, evaluate, and educate patients and care partners.
• Coordinate care with pharmacists, prescribers, dietitians, and care partners.
• Manage schedule via company platform and ensure timely documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotations to support continuous care.
