Job summary

The role requires an active RN license, a minimum of 1 year nursing experience, and CPR certification; infusion experience is preferred. Travel up to 100% may be required, with strong emphasis on documentation and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Infusion nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments and evaluates patient progress.
• Provides direct patient care, administers medications, and educates patients and families.
• Performs reassessment, communicates changes to physician, and documents care in real time.
• Mentors Infusion Nurse I’s to ensure patient safety and compliance.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares discharge instructions for patients.
