IVX Health in Walnut Creek, CA seeks a Nurse Practitioner to lead infusion therapy in an outpatient setting, delivering high-quality care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The NP will supervise on-site and virtual care, administer infusions, and monitor patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds NP and RN licenses with board certification (AANP/ANCC), BLS (PALS preferred), and ambulatory infusion experience. Family NP is a plus for adult and pediatric patients.

Qualifications

• Active and Unrestricted NP license (state requirements)
• RN license (if required by state)
• Board Certification – AANP or ANCC
• BLS required; PALS preferred
• Experience in ambulatory infusion/outpatient clinic a plus
• Ability to care for adults and pediatrics (FNP preferred)
• Strong IV/infusion therapy skills
• Proficient clinical documentation with EHR; HIPAA/compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision; administer infusions/injections with precision
• Conduct patient assessments and document SOAP notes
• Educate patients/families about treatment expectations and side effects
• Maintain accurate EHR records and HIPAA/OSHA compliance
• Assist with chart prep and treatment planning to optimize visits
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams
• Support operations: inventory, prior authorizations, regulatory adherence
• Be flexible to work at multiple facilities within a market
• Take on additional duties to support patient care
