Job summary

IVX Health, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead infusion care in our Houston market. You will provide on-site and remote supervision, perform patient assessments, and guide treatment plans across multiple facilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, adherence to HIPAA/OSHA standards, and ongoing clinical education to support patient outcomes and program growth.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP license; RN license if state requires.
• Board certification (AANP or ANCC) required.
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred.
• Background in ambulatory infusion center, outpatient clinic, or similar setting is a plus.
• Ability to care for both adults and pediatrics; FNP preferred.
• Strong IV/Infusion therapy skills and emergency protocol knowledge.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments and document SOAP notes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and potential side effects.
• Ensure compliance and quality; maintain HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams to improve care coordination.
• Support operations including inventory, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Work at multiple facilities within the designated market as needed.
• Take on additional duties to support patient care and organizational objectives.
