Job summary

IVX Health in Houston is seeking a Float Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide infusion therapy in outpatient settings across Bellaire, Clear Lake, and Houston Heights. You will supervise infusions, perform patient assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

This full-time NP role requires active NP and RN licenses (as applicable), board certification (AANP/ANCC), and strong infusion therapy skills.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP license; RN license as required by state.
• Board certification: AANP or ANCC.
• BLS required; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion centers or outpatient clinics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with on-site and potential tele-supervision.
• Conduct patient assessments and document SOAP notes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant and accurate EHR documentation.
