Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to administer outpatient infusion therapies at our Houston market locations (Cinco Ranch Infusion Center and Katy Infusion Center). This full-time role runs Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, offering on-site patient care, infusion administration, and multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active and Unrestricted RN license.
• BLS certification required; PALS certified preferred.
• Clinical experience in ambulatory infusion center, outpatient clinic, or similar setting is a plus.
• Strong IV and infusion therapy skills with biologics and medication management.
• Proficiency with EHR and a solid understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct on-site patient care and supervision during infusions.
• Conduct patient assessments, document observations, and monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations, side effects, and disease management.
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Support workflow optimization and treatment planning for efficient visits.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams to coordinate care.
• Assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Work across multiple facilities within the market as needed.
