Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver high‑quality infusion therapy in outpatient settings across Montgomeryville Lansdale, Jenkintown, and Malvern centers. Schedule includes Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and rotating Saturdays, with opportunities for real patient impact and cross‑facility collaboration.

You'll oversee patient care, perform assessments, educate families, and ensure compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active NP license and RN license where required.
• Board certification with AANP or ANCC.
• BLS required; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion or outpatient clinic is a plus.
• FNP certification preferred for broader scope.
• Strong IV/infusion and medication management skills.
• Proficient with EHR systems and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and supervise infusions and injections.
• Perform patient assessments and document SOAP notes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and HIPAA/OSH A compliance.
• Support workflow optimization and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross‑functional teams.
• Assist with inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Work across multiple facilities within the market as needed.
• Take on additional duties to support patient care and objectives.
