Job summary

Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to perform infusion therapy in patients' homes across Columbia and Ulster counties. This per-diem role emphasizes patient assessment, IV care, and safe administration of biologics.

Responsibilities include initiating care visits, following treatment plans, educating patients, and coordinating with the infusion team. NYS RN license, BLS/ACLS preferred, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years full-time RN experience in home infusion preferred.
• Infusion experience with IV/SCIG and biologics required.
• Familiar with HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient visits to initiate and monitor infusion therapy.
• Perform venous access care and infusion administration.
• Educate patients and families on infusion procedures.
• Coordinate with infusion intake, pharmacy, and medical providers.
