Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking an infusion RN for per-diem home visits in Rockland County, NY. The role focuses on initiating and following up infusion care, venous access, and patient education, with supervision of newly hired nurses as needed.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years RN experience in home infusion or related settings, infusion IV/IG and biologic meds experience, and a valid NYS RN license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time or equivalent part-time RN experience in home infusion or related setting.
• Infusion IV/IG and biologic medications experience required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient safety policies.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments in patients' homes.
• Manage PIV, PICC, mid & central line care; port access is a plus.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapy administration.
• Perform infusion therapy preparation, administration, and post-infusion follow-up.
