Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is a leading licensed home care services agency providing high-quality home-based nursing care across the Bronx, Westchester, and surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to conduct field infusion visits, initiate patient care, and supervise nursing staff as needed.

The Home Infusion Nurse will work with our Infusion Intake Team to ensure smooth initiation of infusion care in patients’ homes, supporting treatment plans and patient safety.

Qualifications

• 3 years of full-time RN experience in home infusion or similar clinical settings.
• Infusion experience with IV/SQIG and biologic medications required.
• Knowledge of supervision, performance evaluation, and education.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient visits to initiate and monitor infusion care at home.
• Provide PIV, PICC, central line care and access as trained.
• Educate patients and families on therapy administration and safety.
• Coordinate with infusion manager and intake team for seamless care.
