Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for home infusion field visits in Indiana. You will initiate infusion care, perform follow-up visits, and help train newer nurses, coordinating with the Infusion Intake Team to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years of RN experience in home infusion or healthcare settings, infusion experience with IV/SQIG and biologics, and a valid NYS license. Strong knowledge of HIPAA and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years full-time RN experience in home infusion or related setting.
• Infusion experience with IV/SQIG and biologics required.
• Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, nursing policies, procedures, and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to initiate infusion care and provide follow-up visits.
• Precept and evaluate newly hired nurses as requested.
• Collaborate with infusion intake team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide PIV, PICC, and central line care; port access is a plus.
• Educate patients and families in IV therapy administration.
